SITE SoCal Young Leaders Take Las Vegas!

The SITE Global Young Leaders Conference is our favorite every year! This year was beyond amazing. For many of us it was our 2^nd and 3^rd years attending, however for a few of us it was our first year. The program truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you to IMEX America and the SITE SoCal Board of Directors for granting us the unique opportunity to attend. We were fortunate enough to have the registration hosted for 10 of our Young Leaders here in the Southern California Chapter.

With over 75 participants from all over the world joining in this year, we all felt connected, inspired and empowered about the future of incentive travel. Even after two days, we have all made new friends and industry peers. We even strengthened the bond amongst our members in Southern California. It was inspiring to be surrounded by so many individuals in our industry that are yearning for experience, knowledge, growth and relationships. We created a unique bond and will continue to support, encourage and learn from one another. The education was stellar and in such an intimate setting that really allowed us to engage with big names like Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Forbes Travel Guide and Michael Dominguez, Senior VP & Chief Sales Officer of MGM Resorts International.

The SITE Young Leaders Conference has made such a positive impact with our professional and personal growth. After two full days with our peers we were all even more inspired to head into IMEX. What a memorable experience and we all look forward to next year.
