SITE SoCal Holiday Event Strategic Partnerships
This event remains the “Who’s Who” Event of the Year in the Southern California incentive travel business. From golf to give back, running or walking the 5K and enjoying the vendor showcase at the welcome reception, there are so many opportunities to network and meet old and new friends.
For the first time, in 2016 our team created value-added sponsorship packages and opportunities to connect your brand with our SITE SoCal members.
We anticipate welcoming approximately 600 industry professionals throughout the two-day program, with an approximately 50/50 ratio of planners and suppliers. Our fund raising efforts allow us to typically donate $80,000 - $100,000 to three designated southern California grass roots charities, devoted to under-served communities.
Benefits include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Exposure to hundreds of top incentive travel and meeting specialists throughout southern California
- Your logo and web address listed on our holiday web page (depending on level of sponsorship)
- Your company name in on-site signage
- Inclusion in the print program
- Inclusion in our social media campaign
- Exposure on our brand-new website
- Our heartfelt gratitude!
A second, very important area of fund raising is through our live auction packages and raffles – we are grateful for, and fortunate to have, many dedicated donors who give year after year. We invite you to join the “Holiday Event Givers” – We would be happy to discuss any packages you have in mind.
