Get your formal wear and tuxedos ready as the SITE SoCal Holiday Event reveals its own story and returns to a dinner format in Beverly Hills November 30 and December 1, 2017.

Our eagerly awaited 19th Annual SITE Holiday Event & Charity Auction will be held at the Beverly Hills Hilton in the iconic International Ballroom. The International Ballroom has been home to the Golden Globes and a number of historic Hollywood events. This Beverly Hills destination will be a fantastic backdrop to our annual event.

As you know the Holiday Event changes up each year depending on the host location. This year, we have gone Hollywood Glamor, with a dinner format and a shortened program due to the strength of the economy. We are not offering golf, the 5K or the vendor showcase, but you can still enjoy the silent auction, the welcome reception, a fabulous red carpet gala dinner, after-party, the planner breakfast and our much loved Give Back Get Back event. We are also excited to be including our first ever Yogathon, and are looking to include a few more surprises and networking opportunities along the way.

As in past years, sales and registration will be offered in two phases:

Phase 1 (Sales)

  • To purchase a dinner tables – the opportunity will go live at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 7. We will be emailing you additional reminders prior to that date that will include the registration link and it will also be available by going directly to our website.
    • Table package price is $3000.00 and includes:
      • A table of 8 for the Gala Dinner and as well as 4 planner rooms for the night of November 30
      • One hotel room will be reserved for the table host at a discounted supplier rate
        • Suppliers/Vendors: We have only a limited block of supplier rooms available at the Beverly Hills Hilton. To help manage this, we are allocating one room for Thursday, November 30 for each table host. We will be sending out further details separately on how this will be organized.
      • Additional planners beyond the four included in the table package will incur an additional fee to cover the cost of rooms and dinner.

Phase 2 (Registration & Sales)

General registration and other purchase options – opens at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 21. From this point forward everyone is invited to register, purchase tickets to extra events or sponsor additional items. Please note that EVERYONE is required to register including those who have purchased items during Phase 1, sponsors, suppliers, planners – everyone!

Please remember that you must be a current SITE SoCal member to purchase a dinner table and you will need your membership number handy at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your number, please contact Maggie Vaulman at (312) 673-5421 or well in advance to avoid any issues on the day.
