May 10, 2019 – Live Hotel RevMax!
Friday, May 10, 2019
10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Come experience how hotel’s review your group RFPs!
As we focus on our theme for the year, “Back to the Basics”, it’s important to me that we deliver applicable education. This event is geared towards understanding one piece to Incentive Travel: Hotel Group Revenue. This panel exercise will help planners understand the “how” and the “why” behind RFP responses from the hotels you have sourced. Whether you’re a veteran in the industry or brand new, this exercise will keep you informed on current hotel revenue strategy, which in turn will help planners successfully place their group business. It also allows for planners to interact with Hotel Revenue…a rarity! I hope to see many of our industry’s planners and partners for this event attending with questions for the Hotel Revenue professionals. Please read below for the event description and our panelists.
I look forward to connecting with our members and extended community in May!

Serving the needs of hospitality employees in time of crisis and in joy. One individual at a time, one community at a time.
When disasters of all kinds strike, the hospitality industry shows up in full force to support their local communities—generously donating everything from food to venue space to their event expertise in order to raise funds and provide for the needs of those afflicted. However, these champions of their communities—restaurants, bars, hotels and wineries—are not immune from tragedies that impact their ability to operate at full capacity. Golden Rule Charity is passionate about delivering timely resources to get these employees back up and running when faced by an unexpected hardship.
Founded in 2015, Golden Rule Charity is led by hospitality industry native, Judy Walker. It has been the only organization providing timely relief to hospitality companies and employees in need, with a nationwide reach. In this time, we’ve granted more than $60,000 in funds which have directly gone toward dozens of individuals in need. Organizations we have joined forces with include Napa Valley Community Foundation, Sonoma Valley Community Foundation, Caterina’s Club and dozens of individuals, bringing aid to disaster victims.
