Be prepared to conduct business in every global market!
In today’s world, more than 80% of business relationships are formed in social settings. In today's competitive and global job market, technical knowledge is just not enough. Becoming social-savvy will facilitate your interaction with others and make you realize your advantageous position rather than worry about committing a faux pas. Even more important is understanding international dining etiquette. Our behavior at a dining table plays a vital role on how our business connections will perceive us. Becoming glass, china and silverware savvy allows you to concentrate on developing contacts without worrying about whether or not you are using the right utensil!
Here’s a few key points you’ll explore during the session:
- First impressions are lasting impressions
- Introductions and business card presentation
- Appearance, Grooming, Clothing
- Business Entertainment
- Styles of Eating around the World
- The ABCs of Global Dining Etiquette – The “Dos and Don’ts”
- Gratuities and Service Regularities
