Sailing Incentive Experience

Step aboard for a morning of coastal glamour and classic Hollywood charm.

We will depart The Pendry Newport Beach at 9:30 AM and set sail through Newport Harbor aboard The Wild Goose-John Wayne’s legendary former yacht. As we cruise along the glittering waterways, you’ll enjoy a front-row view of iconic celebrity homes and hidden enclaves once frequented by the stars of the Golden Age.

During the 1940s and ’50s, Newport Beach was fondly known as “the Hamptons of Hollywood”— a seaside escape where silver-screen royalty came to unwind. This exclusive experience offers a taste of timeless glamour, blending nautical elegance with rich local history.

We’ll return to The Pendry by 12:30 PM, refreshed and inspired by a harbor cruise that brings Old Hollywood back to life—Newport style.

Beer, wine, champagne and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be served as well as light snacks.

Attendance is limited to 30 planners and 20 suppliers and will be based on a first come first served basis.

Charities

Hoofbeats for Hope

At Hoofbeats for Hope, healing begins in the quiet rhythm of a horse’s breath and the steady beat of hooves that remind us of strength, trust, and presence. Every program is built on the belief that each person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported — and that the powerful bond between humans and horses can help make that possible.

Through Stable Moments, foster and adopted youth experience the stability of a ten-month one-on-one mentorship program, building trust, resilience, and life skills alongside a horse and mentor who show up just for them each week. The Horse Partners program walks beside survivors of domestic violence, guiding them through an 8-week journey that rekindles self-worth, strength, and trust. With Heroes and Hoofbeats, veterans living with PTSD are given space to heal invisible wounds, rediscover courage, and find camaraderie with each other and the herd.

Keeping Every Girl Free

At Keeping Every Girl Free, we envision communities where every girl and woman lives with freedom, dignity, and purpose. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our commitment is rooted in compassion, faith, and unwavering support. We are dedicated to empowering women and girls, safeguarding their rights, and providing the resources they need to heal, thrive, and embrace a new way of life.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to be a beacon of hope for girls and women who have endured the darkness of abuse, exploitation, and human trafficking. With unwavering faith, we walk alongside each individual on their journey toward restoration- offering love, support, and grace as they reclaim their lives and their futures.

RAD Camp

Founded by the CEOs of Intertwined Inc., Katie Webb Brundige and Meghan Clem, RAD Camp is a 501c3 that supports those with developmental disabilities.

In 2014, Brundige and Clem were driven by a passion and vision to establish a place where individuals with disabilities would find acceptance, caregivers would discover the support they desperately need, and members of the community would encounter a volunteer opportunity that would forever change their lives. With their combined experience of over 40 years serving the disability community, they turned their vision into a reality by hosting RAD Camp’s first overnight experience and haven’t looked back since!

Today, RAD Camp has blossomed into an awe-inspiring nonprofit organization almost entirely run by dedicated volunteers. Held at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, it has become one of California’s largest residential camps for children and adults with disabilities, welcoming over 265 campers every summer with open arms and open hearts. With a remarkable one-to-one ratio between counselor and campers, the camp boasts a team of 1,000+ volunteers, including a 24-hour on-site medical team who offer attentive care and unwavering enthusiasm throughout three summer camp sessions.
