If you are a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsor, no action is required. Your registration will be completed for you.
Below is a breakdown of the table packages, pricing, and what they include:
Member/Non-Member Table Package: SOLD OUT
Priced at $7250 for Members and $9250 for Non-Members (per table)

- Admission to The Welcome Reception for 8 guests
- Admission to Come Together Breakfast for 8 guests
- Admission to SITE Southern California Wellness Lounge for 8 guests

- Name Recognition as Table Host
- The Table package requires a donation of two items, valued at a minimum of $1,200 each, including at least a two-night stay.
Duo Package:
Priced at $2750 for Members and $3750 for Non-Members
- 1 Planner Guestroom
- Admission to The Welcome Reception for 2 guests
- Admission to Come Together Breakfast for 2 guests
- Admission to SITE Southern California Wellness Lounge for 2 guests
- Admission to SITE Southern California 5K run for 2 guests
- Admission to The Charity Gala Dinner for 2 seats
- Admission to The After Party
- The Duo Package requires a donation of one item, valued at a minimum of $1,000, including at least a two-night stay.

Host Requirements
Requirements for Supplier Hosts
Please remember that you must be a current SITE SoCal member to purchase an Experience Package or Duo Package at the discounted rate. One package per membership limit, unless you are a sponsor. Membership number required at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your membership number, please contact site@siteglobal.com to avoid any issues once registration goes live. Phase 2 Event Registration
We will go live with Event Registration for all attendees on Monday, September 29 at 10 AM. As a reminder, four of your guests must be qualified planners if you purchased an Experience Package, or one guest must be a qualified planner if you purchased a Duo Package. All guests who purchased the Experience Package or Duo Package are required to register in Phase 2, along with your guest(s) and yourself. Guestrooms will be provided complimentary to your planner guest(s) during Event Registration.
Donation Items
All Experience Package or Duo Package hosts, must donate the below:
Experience Package - Donation of Two (2) Valued at $1200.00 Each(If hotel donation, 2 night minimum for each)
Duo Package - Donation of One (1) Item Valued at $1000.00 Each, (If hotel donation, 2 night minimum for each)


Hotel Accommodations
Planner Reservations
Reservations will be made starting September 29, through Phase 2 Event Registration for December 10-12. Additional nights can be reserved on own, and are subject to availability.
Suppliers/Vendors
La Quinta Resort & Club has a discounted $299.00 rate for our suppliers who purchased an Experience Package or Duo Package, with a waived Resort Fee. The link and phone number to call for Supplier reservations will be included in your confirmation email.
These rooms will be on a first come, first serve basis, and will sell out.


In Conjunction With (ICW) Events
Our goal as SITE SoCal members is to support our focus of giving back. If you are attending our event, we will now require approval for any events that are in conjunction with our SITE SoCal Holiday Event such as hospitality suites, large group events, etc. Our sponsors are our lifeline to the continued success of the SITE SoCal Holiday Event, and we want to ensure they receive the exposure that they paid for as well as our charities.
Should you wish to host an ICW during the event, a donation is required in good faith to SITE SoCal based upon your ICW budget. Our recommendation is about 10% of your ICW budget. Events, time and location to be approved with SITE SoCal Board of Directors. Please direct all ICW questions to our President, Krysteena Meredith at kmeredith@caesars.com
