Registration for the 2026 SITE Southern California Holiday Event & Charity Gala goes live soon.

Phase 1 registration opens Friday, August 21 at 10:00 AM and includes:

  • SITE SoCal Member Tables
  • SITE SoCal Duo Packages (Planner + Supplier)
  • Additional Planner Seats
  • Additional Supplier Seats

If you are a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsor, no action is required. Your registration will be completed for you.

If previous years are any indication, these packages move quickly, so you’ll want to be ready when registration goes live.

Phase 2 Main Registration will open on Monday, September 28 for everyone to register in. Planners will request hotel reservations during this phase and everyone will be able to select their optional activities!

Below is a breakdown of the table packages, pricing, and what they include:

Member Table Package: Priced at $9950 (each)

  • 4 Planner Guestrooms
  • Admission to The Welcome Reception for 8 guests
  • Admission to Come Together Breakfast for 8 guests
  • Admission to SITE Southern California Social Club for 8 guests
  • Admission to SITE Southern California 5K run for 8 guests
  • 1 Table at The Charity Gala Dinner with 8 seats (SITE SoCal to provide table decor)
  • Admission to The After Party for 8 guests
  • Name Recognition as Table Host
  • The Table package requires a donation of two items, valued at a minimum of $1,200 each, including at least a two-night stay.

Member Duo Package: Priced at $3000 (each)

  • 1 Planner Guestroom
  • Admission to The Welcome Reception for 2 guests
  • Admission to Come Together Breakfast for 2 guests
  • Admission to SITE Southern California Social Club for 2 guests
  • Admission to SITE Southern California 5K run for 2 guests
  • Admission to The Charity Gala Dinner for 2 seats
  • Admission to The After Party
  • The Duo Package requires a donation of one item, valued at a minimum of $1,200, including at least a two-night stay.
