As most of you know by know, the Holiday Event is going back to the desert! We invite you to be part of the 550+ qualified buyers and suppliers who will meet up at the beautiful La Quinta Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in La Quinta, CA for two full days of wonderful activities and networking opportunities. Don’t be missed at one of the biggest annual events in the Southern California meetings and incentive industry from Monday, December 7 - Wednesday, December 9, 2015.

Part of the excitement stems from the fact that the Holiday Event is going to look a little different this year. Call it HE 2.0! The biggest change is that our main event – the lunch – is going to morph into a dinner!

Sales & Registration

La Quinta Resort & ClubAs in past years, sales and registration will be offered in two phases:

Phase 1 (Sales) – For the purchase of dinner tables, vendor tables and golf opportunities - will go live at 10:00am on Thursday September 17. We will be emailing you additional reminders prior to September 17 that will include the registration link and it will also be available by going directly to our website.

This year, due to ever-increasing demand and ballroom capacity, we will be offering one table purchase per company. Tables always sell out in under an hour so there will be none available after this date. Phase 1 stays open until September 30, 2015 for vendor tables and golf options.

Please remember that you must be a current SITE member to purchase a dinner table and you will need your membership number handy at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your number, please contact Maggie Vaulman at (312) 673-5421 or well in advance to avoid any issues on the day.

Phase 2 (Registration & Sales) – General registration and other purchase options – opens at 10:00am on Thursday, October 1. From this point forward everyone is invited to register, purchase tickets to extra events or sponsor additional items. Please note that EVERYONE is required to register including those who have purchased items during Phase 1, sponsors, suppliers, planners – everyone!

Guarantee your brand’s visibility with additional cash or in-kind sponsorships. We also welcome donations of prizes for the golf tournament or items for the silent auction. Please email for more information and we will connect you to the appropriate chair person.

Suppliers/Vendors: Rooms are available at the discounted rate of $199 per room per night, subject to availability.
