I have been in the incentive industry for over 30 years and a Site member for 16 years. I have been active in several Chapters in different parts of the world and have also attended many Site International Conferences and events. I have been on the Site SoCal Chapter Board of Directors for three years, and currently serve as the 2009 Chapter President. I strongly believe in developing and supporting our Young Leaders and will be happy to act as a mentor at our next Chapter meeting.

I have been with JNR Incorporated since 1999 and have been in the Meeting and Incentives Industry for over 15 years. Over the years I have developed a well-rounded background in third-party meeting and incentive planning with experience in pre-planning and purchasing, sales, account management, on-site staffing and account reconciliation. I find attending Site events a great way to network and keep abreast with the current issues within our industry.

I also serve as an Advisor on the Site So-Cal Board of Directors.

My Meetings & Incentive background started in Whistler, Canada in the Sales Office of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler as a sales coordinator and I moved up the chain to my current position based in Carlsbad, CA as Director, Global Accounts for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts/ Raffles Hotels & Resorts & Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts. I have been on the Site SoCal Chapter Board of Directors for three years now and currently serve as President Elect. The hospitality industry is rewarding on many levels and I look forward to meeting our new industry leaders and sharing information and ideas with you.

I founded WORLD CLASS Travel by Invitation in 1991 after years of airline marketing and event planning. My keen enthusiasm for our industry is as strong and passionate as it was when I started our business. It would be an honor and privilege to facillitate a "newcomer's" entree into the incentive and meetings business. In addition to Advisor to Site SoCal's Board, I have advised hotels, cruise lines and airlines from my experienced and seasoned planner's viewpoint.

I have been in the incentive/meeting planning industry for 16 years. After working for a large incentive house for 10 years I started my own business in 2002, Connie Reeves & Company. All along attending Site events and networking with Site members who I respect greatly. I serve on the 2009 Site So-Cal Board as an advisor and I am also on the Four Seasons Advisory Board.
