In Memoriam: Larry Alpert
As a business man, Larry was the ultimate entrepreneur, but his favorite path was that of travel. He approached it with fervor, eagerness and spent 30 years with his bags packed and working along side his wife, Susan. This enabled him to combine his sense of adventure, the excitement of discovery, his enjoyment of working, meeting new people and experiencing more of life. Through this he still found time to mentor friends and colleagues, consult professionally, participate in philanthropies and spend time cultivating and strengthening friendships both in the industry and out. Although an avid golfer, Dodger fan, fisherman, and attendee at sporting events all over the world, his greatest love was his family. Married over 46 years, he was incredibly proud of his daughters, sons in law and could never get enough of his 5 grandchildren. He will be missed, but the friends he made, the lives he touched, the inspiration he provided and the love he brought to others will keep his memory and spirit alive. could never get enough of his 5 grandchildren. |

A partner with International Travel Incentives, Larry Alpert passed away from Leukemia in November. Larry was a man who lived a life full of zest, optimism, determination and strength. He always had a smile, loved laughing, sharing jokes, and had a way of making people know he cared. All of which made him a natural in the industry.
