Once again, we look forward to welcoming you to one of the biggest and most popular annual events for the Southern California meetings & incentive industry. The 2014 SITE SoCal Holiday Event is taking place on Monday, December 8 and Tuesday, December 9 and we invite you to be a part of it. Join the 600+ qualified buyers and suppliers who will meet up at our host hotels Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa and Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa Indian Wells for two days of fun events and activities, as well as networking opportunities.
Phase 2 (Registration and Sales) – general registration is now open. From this point forward everyone is invited to register, including hosted planners, sponsors, donors and those who have purchased items during Phase 1 – everyone! We invite you to join us this year at the 16th Annual SITE SoCal Holiday Event & Charity Auction to be held this year on December 8 & 9 at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa and the Renaissance Esmeralda India Wells Resort & Spa.
This prestigious annual event continues to be a veritable “Who’s Who” in the Southern California incentive travel business. Through golf and give back, running or walking the 5K and enjoying the vendor showcase at the welcome reception, there are so many opportunities to network and meet old and new friends. Our silent and live auctions provide a wide range of interesting and great value items, and the lunch is a chance for table hosts to spend time with clients and compete for best centerpiece.
This year we will welcome 600+ industry professionals throughout the two day program, with an approximately 50/50 ratio of planners and suppliers. In addition, we typically raise $100,000+ for three southern California charities, devoted to those in need.
We have a whole community of wonderful supporters who participate in a wide range of ways to help us achieve the results that we do. Probably the most significant area is through sponsorship. We have a strategic partnership program in place and are also more than happy to put together a custom package that works within your budget to achieve your goals.
