Holiday Event Phase 1 Registration Now Open!
Sale of Luncheon Tables, Vendor Tables and Discounted Golf Options
Welcome to the Sixteenth Annual SITE SoCal Holiday Event & Charity Auction. This is your opportunity to purchase a luncheon table, a vendor table, golf foursomes and golf holes; all golf items are available at a early purchase discounted price until October 7, when General Registration opens. From this date onwards you can register for the Holiday Event as well as purchase golf and other items at regular pricing.
Please note that luncheon tables are limited and sell out quickly during the start of Phase 1.
This year, due to increasingly high demand and ballroom capacity, only one table per company is available. Luncheon tables always sell out in under an hour so there will be none available after this date. Phase 1 stays open until September 30, 2014 for vendor tables and golf options.
Please remember that you must be a current SITE member to purchase a luncheon table and you will need your membership number handy at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your number, please contact 805-557-1111 well in advance.

2014 Holiday Event Charity Application
The Site Community Outreach Committee invites your non-profit organization to submit a proposal to receive funds from the 2014 Site SoCal Holiday Luncheon Silent and Live Charity Auction to be held December 9, 2014.
For the past fourteen years, Site Southern California has held a fundraiser in December to benefit our local community. We cordially invite you to apply to be a recipient of funds raised through this event.
Our mission statement for this event is as follows:
“To benefit small, grassroots, non-profit organizations, with little to no overhead, where the money received will benefit Southern California communities.”
Our very successful event has raised considerable funds for organizations small enough that our donation makes a significant impact.
